Overview

Mohammad is a general practitioner who provides companies with litigation and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Mohammad’s areas of legal expertise include:

  • Real Estate Contracts

Mohammad is licensed to practice by Ministry of Justice, Abu Dhabi Advocates Department & the Dubai Legal Affairs Department and served as counsel to several local and international companies navigating the establishment of companies, and drafting amendments to corporate structure and licensing.

Mohammad holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in International Commercial Law from Kent University in the UK.
